INSTRUCTIONS TO ENTER THE CABIN:

The doors will have codes for access. No keys will be given out. The door codes will be given to you upon check-in.

By renting any of our cabins you agree to the following:

• There will be no fires outside of the designated fire-pit. If there is a NO FIRE sign it is because there is a FOREST SERVICE ban.
• Place all trash in the trash bin provided. Place all linens in the bathroom for pickup. Do not use any linens, towels or property for outside use. Management will not be responsible for any of your personal belongings left, however, Cabins at Cain Creek will make every attempt to reach you. We will store any items found for 30 days before disposal.
• No non-paying guests. At the time of your reservation, you state the number of guests. If any additional guests arrive, whether they spend the night or not, there is an additional $25 per person that will be charged to your card. Only named and paid guests are allowed on Cabins at Cain Creek Property. This is strictly enforced for the protection of our property and all of our guests staying at Cabins at Cain Creek. 
• No smoking.
• No pets.
• No candles.
• No loud parties, but having fun is allowed! 
• We have security cameras in parking areas, as allowed by law.

Any illegal activity will immediately be reported to police and you will be evicted without a refund.
