Q. Who should I call for questions?

Q. Can I put a hold on a cabin until my group is ready to reserve? 

A. We are sorry, but no, you cannot put a hold on our cabins.

Q. What is required to reserve a cabin? 

A. Full payment is required to reserve a cabin.

Q. What if I need to cancel my reservation? 

A. For cancellations you will need to contact us. Depending on when you cancel will determine how much you receive back.

Q. Do you offer travel insurance? 

A. No, we do not offer travel insurance.

Q. When should I expect to receive a security/damage deposit refund? 

A. The pre-authorized amount will always be released automatically after a max of 7 days. Should there be any damage to our properties we will use the allotted amount from the damage deposit to pay for the expense.

Q. What type of payment do you accept? 

A. We accept all forms of credit cards except for American Express.

Q. What is required to sign a rental agreement? 

A. You must be 21 years of age to rent a cabin.

Q. Can I bring a blow-up mattress if we have more guests than beds? 

A. We are sorry, but no, you may not bring blow up mattresses.

Q. We have guests that will not be staying the night, but will be coming over during the day and for dinner. Is that ok? 

A. Visitors are acceptable, but you will need to let us know so we may offer different parking arrangements.

Q. Can I bring my pet? 

A. Pets are not allowed.

Q. Can I check in early or check out late? 

A. No early check in times. We are busy getting your cabin ready for you! There is a fee for late check out.

Q. Can I have a small wedding or rehearsal dinner at the cabin I am renting? 

A. Please call ahead to discuss wedding or birthday arrangements.

Q. What if my group has more vehicles than the cabin allows? 

A. You will need to let us know if you are going to have more than one car per cabin.

Q. Do you provide baby furniture such as a pack and play? 

A. We do not provide baby furniture of any kind.

A. Amenities are listed under each of our cabins.
